Effective September 30, 2026 · Trades Forward, Inc., doing business as Elint Capital ("Elint")
This agreement governs your use of the Elint application, including the Elint 360 platform, the borrower portal, and any connection you authorize between Elint and a third-party system such as QuickBooks Online (together, the "Service"). By using the Service or connecting a system, you agree to it on behalf of the business you represent. Your credit facility itself is governed by its own loan documents; where those documents and this agreement differ, the loan documents control.
Elint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your business's own application for, and management of, a credit facility. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You represent that you are authorized to connect the systems you connect and to share their data with Elint and with the lender of record for your facility. Data you provide or connect is used as described in our Privacy Policy.
When you connect QuickBooks Online, Elint reads financial reports from your company file on a read-only basis and never writes to it. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms. Elint is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data supplied by Intuit or any other connected system. You may disconnect a system at any time from within the Service or from the connected system's settings; disconnecting may limit the Service's ability to monitor your facility and may be a reporting event under your loan documents.
You will not use the Service to submit false or misleading information, to access another business's data, to interfere with the Service's security or operation, or in violation of law.
The Service, its software, models, rules, designs and documentation belong to Elint and its licensors. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.
The Service produces analyses and drafts to support credit decisions. Every credit decision is made by a person at Elint or the lender of record under its own credit policy; the Service's output is not a commitment to lend, and nothing in the Service is legal, tax or investment advice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elint's total liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Elint for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, and Elint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights under your loan documents.
This agreement applies for as long as you use the Service. Elint may suspend or end your access for breach or where required by law; you may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 5 through 10 survive termination.
Elint may update this agreement by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance; material changes will also be sent to the account contact.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in the District of Columbia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
