Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026 · Trades Forward, Inc., doing business as Elint Capital ("Elint", "we")

This policy explains what information Elint collects when a business ("you") applies for or maintains a credit facility with Elint or a lender Elint services, including when you connect your accounting system to Elint, and how we use, share and protect it.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. Your business's legal name, identifiers (such as a UEI or EIN), contact details, ownership, contracts, invoices, receivables and payables, bank statements, payroll summaries and financial statements, and documents you upload.

Information from systems you connect. If you connect QuickBooks Online, we read financial reports from your company file — the trial balance, general ledger, aged receivables and aged payables, and, where you have agreed, profit and loss and transaction lists. Access is read-only: we never create, change or delete anything in your QuickBooks company. If you connect a bank account through our banking provider, we read balances and transactions. You may disconnect any system at any time (see section 6).

Public and third-party records. Federal contract award data (for example from SAM.gov, USAspending and HigherGov), UCC filings, court records and business registries, used to verify your business and its government contracts.

Technical information. Log data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and the time of each request, used for security and to operate the service.

2. How we use it

To evaluate a request for credit; to set, monitor and service a credit facility (borrowing base, covenant and payment monitoring, reporting to the lender of record); to verify identity and prevent fraud; to meet legal and regulatory obligations; to operate, secure and improve the service; and to communicate with you about your account. We use your accounting data only for your own facility. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

The lender of record and funding partners for your facility, who rely on the same information to make and hold the loan. Service providers that host and secure our systems (cloud hosting, database, identity, e-signature, banking and data connectivity providers), bound by contract to use the data only to provide their service. Professional advisers (auditors, counsel) under confidentiality. Authorities when required by law, subpoena or to protect rights and safety. A successor in a merger, financing or sale of Elint, subject to this policy. We do not share your data with data brokers.

4. QuickBooks and other connected systems

When you connect QuickBooks Online you authorize Intuit to share your company's data with Elint under Intuit's terms and privacy policy. Elint stores the authorization token that Intuit issues in an encrypted vault, reads only the reports named in section 1, and requests data on demand — typically no more than monthly, plus when you ask us to. Elint's use of Intuit data is governed by this policy and by Intuit's developer terms.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access tokens and credentials are kept in managed secret stores, limited to the services and staff that need them, and rotated whenever we suspect exposure. Access by Elint staff is limited to those servicing your facility and protected by multi-factor authentication. We log access and refusals without recording the underlying values. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as the law requires.

6. Your choices and rights

Disconnect. You can disconnect QuickBooks or any other connected system at any time from within the Elint application or from the connected system's own settings (for QuickBooks: Apps › My Apps › Disconnect). On disconnection we stop reading and delete the access token; data already collected remains part of your loan file as described in section 7. Access and correction. Write to us to access or correct information we hold about your business. Deletion. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep; loan-file records are retained as set out below.

7. Retention

We keep loan-file information for the life of the facility and as long afterwards as law, regulation and our lender agreements require (generally seven years after the facility closes). Application data for facilities that do not close is kept for up to 25 months. Connected-system access tokens are deleted on disconnection.

8. Children, location and changes

Our service is for businesses, not consumers or children. Data is stored and processed in the United States. We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date; material changes will also be sent to the account contact.
